Rettig USA, Inc. sells exclusively through pre-qualified distributors / dealers in good standing.
Rettig USA, Inc. provides credit based upon a completed credit application, reference and credit checks and payment history to Rettig USA, Inc.
Prices listed in this book are in US Dollars and do not include any shipping, taxes or duty. The price payable by you is the price indicated on the Order Acknowledgement email or fax we send back to you. The Order Acknowledgement will include any applicable shipping fees, taxes or duty which applies to your order.
Payment Terms: 1% 10th prox, net 30 days. To receive discount all invoices from the previous month dated through the 25th must be paid by the 10th of the following month. Full balance is due by the 30th of the month.
Finance charge on accounts past 30 days = 1-1/2% per month (18% per annum). Accounts sent to third party collections will incur additional charges for collection fees.
Rettig USA, Inc. reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
Rettig USA, Inc. will not make substitutions or modifications to purchase orders without written approval from customers.
Cancellation and/or return of products will be processed by our “Return Goods Guideline” (see below).
Shipping damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt of products by customer or customer’s representative- No Exceptions. Damage claims will be processed by our “Shipping Damage Guideline” (see below).
Rettig USA, Inc. reserves the right to make specification changes without notice. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, that extend beyond the warranty descriptions listed by product group in this price book, product literature or website posting. In no event will Rettig USA, Inc be liable for labor or consequential damages.
Rettig USA, Inc. (Myson) has unilaterally adopted an Internet Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (see below).
While Rettig USA, Inc strives to deliver to our customers quality products, there are occasions when it may be necessary to return products to us for both warranty and non-warranty reasons. Please review the following guidelines in order to ensure a timely transaction and a satisfied outcome.
All products returned to Rettig USA, Inc. require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Product(s) returned without an RGA number will be refused.
Receiving an RGA number does not imply acceptance and/or payment of credit; it is only permission to return product to Rettig USA, Inc. for evaluation and determination of warranty and non-warranty status, and determination of credit.
We take great pride in the products we sell at Myson and we go the extra mile to make sure that your products arrive at your location damage free. Each order is packed carefully by our expert warehouse team and we inspect each package prior to shipping to ensure protection of your order. Additionally, as added protection we insure each of our orders against loss or damage with the carrier we use to send out your order.
However, because things can still occasionally go wrong after your order leaves our warehouse, we ask that you inspect your packages as soon as you receive them so that if damage did occur during shipping a claim may be made in a timely and expedient fashion and replacements/returns can be facilitated quickly.
Please adhere to the following guidelines if your order appears to be damaged.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT FOR FREIGHT DAMAGE BEFORE YOU SIGN A DELIVERY RECEIPT!
Please inspect your delivery for signs of visible damage before signing any acceptance documents. After inspecting your order, should your order appear damaged upon delivery, please refuse the damaged item. If you sign for your order and it has visible damage we will not be able to accept your return.
We understand that the customer placing the order may not be available on the day of delivery, but please note, any signature given to any carrier without noting any damages to any item after it is delivered and signed for waives our right to file a damaged claim with that carrier.
Delivery refusals for reasons other than freight damage will subject the customer to restocking fees and all freight charges. Customers who delay delivery for motor freight items will be subjected to daily storage fees by the freight company.
If orders are received with concealed damages, please notify us immediately upon delivery. Please submit pictures of the damaged product and pictures showing the inner and outer packaging. A damage claim needs to be filed with the carrier within 10 days after the delivery is made. We will not be held responsible for damages reported after 10 days of receiving the order.
When inspecting your order, please make sure all of the items from your order are received before signing for the delivery. If any items are missing please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can review the order and track shipment.
When customer uses collect or 3rd party shipping, Myson is not responsible for filing any claims on customer’s behalf.

(Myson), in recognition of the global reach of Internet advertising, and in order to provide fairness among Myson wholesale distributors and dealers, and to preserve the premium branding and pricing with our products, has unilaterally adopted this policy to all Myson direct customers (herein referred to as “resellers”):
